This video-based training course explains the limiting nature of past tense conversations, explores the action in present conversations and ends with the possibilities that abound in future conversations. This training is based on the book, “Leadership & the Art of Conversation.” Learn how five principles can be applied in conversations to improve all communication, understanding conversations are actions, referred to as “speech acts.” Speech acts occur in one of three conversational realms. The realms are past, present and future. Understanding how to effectively manage conversation as actions empowers participants with the confidence to overcome any difficulties encountered.
