Course Description

This training teaches managers how to help employees understand subtle sexual harassment. Not all sexual harassment is directed at a specific employee. Examples include overhearing discussion of an offensive topic, inappropriate expectations, or allowing clients to harass employees. Managers learn how to handle different sexual harassment situations, as well as what their responsibilities are when such situations arise.
