Course Description

This video training program shows how people, places and processes unite to enact a workplace’s process hazard analysis and safety plan. It explains the importance of understanding the use of personal protective equipment and the role of each employee in understanding and implementing safety standards and maintaining current knowledge of chemical and process safety programs. The training discusses confined space safety hazards, the role of the hot work permit in an area where combustible materials are present and lock-out and tag-out procedures to de-energize equipment.
