Treating fellow employees with respect and understanding contributes to a productive and professional workplace. However, inappropriate comments, jokes, language, photographs undermine a positive work environment. This Video On Demand training shows how harassment based on sex, race, religion, age, disability or other legally protected characteristics can create a hostile work environment interfering with an employee’s ability to perform their job. This video demonstrates harassing behaviors, the right way to respond to those behaviors, the need to report harassment, and holds up a mirror so employees can evaluate their own behaviors. This is an excellent way to educate employees about their rights and responsibilities to help ensure a harassment-free workplace.
