Since e-mail communication lacks tone, it is important for employees to utilize tools such as bold, italics and underlining in order to convey meaning and tone in written messages. This training demonstrates the proper placement of emphasis on particular areas of your message to the recipient of the email. Employees learn how to create effective emails, not distracting messages. A little emphasis goes a long way. This course is part of the Email Matters series.
