Course Description

This video training course is for managers to learn about diversity and respect in the workplace. This course teaches viewers how to be respectful and encourage employees to be respectful to others in a diverse workplace. Examples are shown to increase awareness of when workplace actions could be improved toward diversity. Use this training to educate managers about how to understand and respect diversity in the workplace. Educated managers are better able to appropriately and productively manage a diverse work environment.
