Associations are in a unique position to help solve the skills-gap problem. Already, many associations are providing education for their members. And by broadening and better marketing these opportunities, associations can increase their value by helping ensure their members do not fall on the wrong side of the skills gap. In this session, Bree Sutherland and Jack McGrath introduce a continuing education and professional development model associations can implement to compete with traditional suppliers of higher education.
