The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) is the world’s leading independent organization for data-driven marketers. DMA is an advocate for industry standards for responsible marketing, both online and offline. In order to better serve this audience and remain competitive, DMA set out to replace their existing online Learning Management System (LMS) with a more flexible and easy-to-use platform their learners would enjoy.
There were five areas in particular where DMA sought improvement over their existing learning management platform and provider: better communication and prompt technical and customer support, the ability to stream video-based courseware, multilingual courses, integration with iMIS, their association management system (AMS), and an integrated course catalog and eCommerce shopping cart.
